Innovart Design studio was founded as a name of  Prachar Advertising ( Sister Concern ) in 1998 , by  watercolour  artist  Subrata Paul. In 2017,  Innovart  addopted a role of Design studio by inspiration of Guru Sudarshan Shyam Benegal.
